At the start of my career i working for one of the uk' leading event caterers cooking in some of Londons most iconic buildings such as The Tower Of London, Maddam Tussards, Kensington Palace, The Gherkin, The Science Museum, The Natural history Museum and for some of the biggest celebrities.
I have a wide varied range of culinary talents and love using fresh local produce, I find the best way to treat food is not to mess about with it to much but just give some unique tweaks to enhance them and of course using the best produce.
